Sushi Maintenance was 117 per turn on T182, but we got 56 per turn from HQ.
So it is -61 per turn maintenance.
Call it -3600 for the game.

I think sushi question gets quite complicated as it is the biggest thing we think about when we are making decisions. We deferred astronomy; we decided not to build the G.lighthouse, MoM and the Great Library; we acquired scientific method super early and gave up monastery bonuses:we bulbed techs instead of building academies. Quantitative methods do not measure the values of these decisions. Let's just wait till the end of game and see what other teams' do.

I intend to bombard the island city down fast since it doesn't have Walls.
Then attack with City Raider 3 Drill Catapult first to weaken the defenders for our Muskets.

I don't know that we should take this city and likely end the war very early.
Now, if your plan is to attack it down to 1 redlined lb and have our cats beat on that like we're beating on the scout. I like that.

All 3 wonders are marble, so it wouldn't narrow anything down.

I guess we could wait for it to go past 550 and 50/50 gamble it is the 700 Taj.

That way Aachen survives without much of a scratch, and it can stand up to Arabs and France who will come later.

That lets us wipe out that tasty island city for good money.

Bismarck will be Friendly with us after the Cease Fire and +1 from resources, so he can't plot against us.

The +3 shared war will never decay, and we can bribe him to DoW HRE in the future again if we ever need +4.

He is pretty far ahead in tech, so Arabs and France probably won't pay him to immediately Dow again.

Bis will have Astro very soon, so the island isn't invincible.

Ya, Rep. Parts is only when we reach Friendly with Bis.
It can be delayed a turn or two to reach Friendly +1 so Bis can't plot against us during nonwar.

Aachen should survive the next 5 turns.
Cata and Treb will bombard the castle -6% each turn.
The two CG3 drill LBs have 22.5 with the Castle plus 1-2 First Strikes.

I've got it!

When we complete UN, Louis will meet SB and hate him because Louis is low peace weight and Sitting Bull is high peace weight.
France will have a bigger army than SB, and France will DOW at Pleased if Pleased or lower with AI.

So we can totally get Louis + Bismarck to DOW Sitting Bull near the end of the game before UN diplo victory vote.
(Not Saladin, he has to be Annoyed or lower with the AI)

Anyway, we can totally kill Charlemagne now guilt free

Let me check that 1 tech will buy a Cease Fire with Charlemagne.
If Bismarck wants 2 or 3 techs to stop the war, the idea won't really work.
