Notes for next player
1) Washington should be 4 turn settler factory running from size 5 to 7
2) I'd wait for both warrior to be in position before attacking the Bcamp, it would be nice to get rid of that one and claim the gems with a colony
3) I left the settler in Washington
unmoved wasn't sure which direction we want to go with him. Do we want Site5 or start him northward towards the dyes
