Venesuela greets our Northern neighbour. We find it just tht both of our nations had found the energy and resources necessary to help out the people of Colombia. Venesuela has already begun their plans for the restauration of Colombian government, infrastructure and security forces. DRV hopes that USA will join us in this noble effort.
So far DRV supports this proposal on the future of Colombian territories:
1. USA and Venesuela plegde to start and continue economic and technological aid to Columbia
2. Columbia remains divided between the two nations under two "occupational zones" according to current zones of control. DRV can take teh responsibility for the areas still in anarchy.
3. Both nations agree to hold free and democratic elections at the end of a 5 year period of occupation when both zones will be re-united under one unique Colombian state.
All these points are open to negotiation.

How does the amount of eco. points you have to spend relate to your number of economic centers? its looks to me like there it is 5 centers, 5 points (in treasury) but im not sure, and if that is right, what does the economic level have to do with it all... is it like a (Eco level 0) + ( Eco Centers 5)=5 points to spend? thanks to whoever helps me out w/this...

p.s is it just me, or does the fssr not have stats?

ok you have

1. Economy(or economy level) in those stats its at 0 meaning no points from that. Then you have.

2. Economy Centers. 1 point each and you have 5. So thats 5 points you get every turn.

3. Treasury. Its economy saved up. Not the economy you have to spend. So you can have it there for whenever. You get your 5 from Economy Centers and how ever much is in your treasury you get to spend. Or you could just save your money into the treasury.

The war in the Indian Ocean will only become a much larger conflict with many great powers involved all of which have nuclear weapons. Such a conflict could lead to nuclear conflict. These are rightfully British territories and the Republic of India launched an attack on England therefore triggering our alliance. There could have been a peaceful way to seize these colonies but the Indians decided not to wait and start a war. Their irresponsible actions will lead to nuclear war unless something is done.

Finland is going to bring the Swedes stability. We are going to make a Scandinavian Republic of Helsinki (If IceEye permits) which will give the Norwegians, Swedish, Finns, and Slavs a chance for a stable power under which to live. During the Second World War more then 20 million Slavs fled into Finnish territory believing they would recieve a better life. Much of them have and now they live in a very stable state. We promise to bring this to all of the Scandinavian territories.
