Could it possibly work better if everyone simply attached a new copy of their stats (-casualties of course) and sheep simply had to do casualties & edit anything he found wrong with the stats...

I am sorry for the delay on stats. Net access to my house is currently down as I am undertaking rennovations. I expect to have regular access again by tommorrow night (I am at a net cafe at the current time) I will then proceed to finish them then.
