Using a router to connect to the internet helps a lot, since its the best kind of firewall. Also keeing your antivirus uptodate.

Due to ongoing work committments that wont cease for at least a month if not longer, I am going to have to put this on hiatus... Simple reason being the sheer size of this nes means updates take the best part of a week when I dont have these committments, and thus are time-wise unfeasiable for the foreseeable future.

Also the United States has become free and I will be using the hiatus time to review applications for the United States.

I joined this for a realistic modern NES, not yet another crappy future one. I will be displeased, to say the least, if you fast-forward. There seems to be a line of thinking that states that every time a NES slows down or has to go on hiatus, there needs to be a BT. I disagree. I enjoy having time at peace to build up.

I too will be slightly displeased with a fast forward. Perhapes a few years, but nothing that would drastically change everything as 50-100 years would do
