We have no vassals only tributary states. Feel free to trade with them.

OOC: Because they are only tributary states, not vassals I don't think I can decide with whom they will/won't trade. As I understand it, tributary states are protected by their 'master' if they get attacked, nothing else. They pay 1 IC per turn for protection to their 'master'.
 
Shouldn't my IC have gone up more with increased trade with 4 more nations?
 
IC is entirely arbitary and is based off a mixture of orders and dice rolls to reflect the volatility of the markets....

Sweden has the right numerical stats.
