Orange Shrooms!
Thanks.
What dies it mean that my colony has an economy of 1 IC? Is that what it generates as income for Japan? Can I spend it? Does spending it have any side effects? Is it already included in my Japan IC available to spend?
Now if my colony generates 1 IC a turn, and if as you say, I need to invest more in it to keep it stable and happy, then if I invest 1 IC a turn, I just break even. If I invest 2 IC for a couple of turns, and if the IC generated by the colony doesn't increase, then the hole just gets deeper and deeper.
I guess I'm saying that I don't understand enough how colonies work to make sensible decisions. I don't like blindly throwing money around without some sense of what will happen. Please shed a little light on this for me.
Colonies can at times be a hit and miss affair. You have been investing in a colony, this is usually the best way to get things going, and the most prosperous way, although it is not gauranteed. Life does not come with gaurantees and neither does this nes.
If your colony is generating 1IC then yes you can spend it... As I have deleted the rules stating you have to upkeep stability and education, you are free to spend it on whatever you please yourself to do.
Hope this helps you all.
