Yes.

The only interviews the BBC edits are the ones that in some way or another disagree with your view of the world.

I've heard it before on BBC Radio 4. This is a genuine BBC interview to the best of my knowledge (which is supreme ).

Sounds like it is from something like the "Moral Maze" or "The Choice"
