When I disabled to vew signatures, I chose not (or fogot?) to delete my own. I think it can stay there, it does not bother me.

And the Civ3 icon is to tell everyone what version of the game I have. Useful to others when discussing strategy etc.

There are ascii art sites out there. coolsig.com has some ascii art, IIRC. But I haven't bee there in a while.

Google ascii art, you'll get plenty of hits.
