anyway I changed my small text. now reads as

Here is the deal: games only have variable costs associated to sales when you buy a hard copy of the game, if you download it there is no cost. when somebody like me steals one of these games I am not harming the developer (perhaps i could even be HELPING the developer by building a stronger community) in any way. This is because I will never buy this game, which means I am not in this game's target market. Since they never would've gotten any money from me anyways, and since the way I'm stealing their game isn't costing them anything, I'm not doing them any harm.
