We resent being called communists, were we there would be no elections what so ever in Argentina and everything would be state controlled. Perhaps we were a bit over-zealous in our first reaction to war. To annex Brazil would be foolish on our part, our nations are far to different to commit such an act. We will of course establish a government, an independent government free from the propaganda of that Argentina has been blasting around the streets of the towns and cities of Paraguay. And also, Argentina should pay 3 eco points to the New Government of Paraguay for balantly attacking them. Also, Brazil would like to see the evidence that Argentina had stating that Paraguay were supplying rebels in Northern Argentina.

The Elections should also be observed by international observers. Brazil proposes that the United States, China, India, Russia and Egypt send observers to make sure that the election results or votes were not tampered with.

Treaty of Buenos Aires

1. The Territory that made up the Soverign Country of Paraguay prior to the Argentinean Invasion is reestablished as the Republic of Paraguay which will have free and open elections this year with hopefully Chinese, Indian, Russian and Egyptian Observers to insure that the elections were not tampered with.

2. The Argentinean Goverment will provide the new Paraguayan Republic with 3 eco points for their aggression, destruction and damage to the Republic and it's people.

3. Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil are to all sign NAPs.

4. The Borders between Brazil and Argentina will revert to their pre war status.
