Austria and Romania are both parts of Hungary and will be so forver. The so called "Austrian" people that ask for unification with you are nothing but terroists and sepratists and will be delt with as such. Do not interfere with the internal issues of Hungary.

I did read the background story... once a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. *kidding* I did read it. Maybe I'll reread it, I think I remember what it says. Ok I will re-read it.)

I'm not doing the world a favor, but meh. Toteone, declare a state of emergency and martial law, make a nice, snappy speech about Russia's victory in WWII being made possible by strong, determined, united leadership and start a War on Terror, but not with halfway measures of Bush - rather, with a complete, unlimited power being concentrated in the Regent, with the Duma reduced for the time of "emergency" (make sure not to give it any constraining definition) to the position of an advisory board.
