Report from the Official La Plata news agency of Argentina
As promised, President Elisa Juárez has begun instiuiting reforms within the region of Paraguay, as well as with the rest of Argentina. She has pledged large amounts of funds to the construction of public primary and secondary schools along with new colleges. As well, President Juárez has dictated free health care to all citizens of Argentina, provided they have valid Argentine Idenification Cards. Private health clinics are being systematically closed down and re-opened as public clinics, provided there isn't any other too near. In addition the government has begun to issue subsidies to those residing in Paraguay, trying to improve the regions stagnated and failing economy. When questioned upon these new reforms, many Paraguayans said they are still skeptical, but are starting to warm up to the Argentineans.
In other news, there have been rumors of a series of arrests following the bombing at a Presidential Speech two weeks ago. Police are giving few details on the subject, prefering to keep it out of the press, but some have speculated that as many as 17 people have been arrested in the case. Should the rumors be true, the victims of the horrible bombing shall finally recieve restitution. The last of the 43 funerals will be held tomorrow at a private location. Of the 329 injured, 21 people still remain hospitalized in critical condition while 8 of them have severe amputations.
With the rise if international organizations in North America and Europe, officials within the Argentine government have speculated that there are possibilities of the formation of a South American alliance. Wether for military or economy benefits the officials did not say, but if an alliance was formed it would benefit all of those involved. When questioned, the President's office simply said that Ms. Juárez was scheduled to have typical diplomatic meetings with some South American leaders, but did not specify as to which.

Well I am at least happy people like the way my NESes are setup

Whoa before anyone gives me a NES to mod,they have to know the following:
1)I have some free time now,but very soon I'll go on vacation,no net connection there.
2)My writing abilities suck,as seen by my lack of stories.This is a result of lack of inspiration and uncreativity.So me=bad mod.
3)In the 9th month or so I will have no time thanks to sec.school in the informatics/robotics divison,I will probably be busy building Giant Death Robots and learning for tests.
4)Crappy MS Paint skills.
5)Im a lazy bastard,its hard for me just to write orders.
