Just a question: Unique Improvements that can be acquired through being a City-State's suzerain are not ageless so they will disappear at the and of an Age, right?

That would ne counter intuitive. I bet the UIs will remain after transition.

Not sure if they would disappear or just stop giving their bonus.

(also I wonder how many improvements you can have on one tile? Base improvements + at least 1 Unique improvement….can you get Unique Improvements stacked?)

I bet they continue to give their bonuses. After all, they go on top of rural districts and those does not go away either. So they should stay until you build over them, if you do.
 
Doesn’t the same happen when you conquer a city from a player with a unique building. It remains?
I know in civ 6 the sphinx would be gone when you took over an Egyptian city with one of those

No, in a video that was posted yesterday; the player assigned Company Post UIs to a city-state he was suzerain of and built several of them. The tooltip said they are Ageless.
 
Do we know if multiples can be put on? (all of them seem to be ageless, so they are there forever?? unless you put a building there??
I'm pretty sure you cannot put anything on top of them. So they're there forever probably.

Do we have an aggregated info what buildings/Improvements are available from Suzerainty for each age and each type of City-State?
I've been keeping a list of all the ones I've found so far, but it's pretty rough.

A couple of tidbits from UrsaRyan’s Q and A stream:
  • Siege units attack both city defense and also the unit inside the city tile, so twice as effective
  • Urban and rural population are separate, ie the amount of food need to grow to the next growth event doesn’t change if a building is constructed
