Smilies in signature?

The limit to smilies is 10 right. and smilies in sigs count toward that right? well ive seen alot of posts with more than 10 smilies in onew post including the signature. SO whats going on

Or then the poster has changed his sig afterwards of posting the post with so many smilies.
