..do you eat them?

I've never tried frogs, but I have eaten snails, and I can only say they're delicious. I've had them in two ways - with a sort of dough that contained beer (maybe Drewcifer can help with the correct term ?) and with garlic butter, which was yummy (the first variant was too heavy on the stomach).

I'd rather eat snails than anything liver- or brains related !

I think I ate a snail when I was 3 years old :crazyeye:

Anyway, I think shrimps are more 'yukkish' ... They look like incects :vomit:

Shrimps taste quite well, and I don't even like fish much.

Sushi is a crime, though, as is English food, but that should go without saying. ;)

Snails in garlic sauce are simply great. I think its called Escargot(sp?)

@ohwell
why do you think he has cropped the picture that way ;)

Escargot it is, if only because that's the French word for snail ;).

I suspect Brianna is simply doing what she does best :groucho:

They actually sound pretty tasty.

Fried Shrimp is good. I've never tasted snails and never want to. But frog legs sound interesting.

Snails are really quite good, puglover ! As I said, they're preferable fried with a good dollop of garlic butter. They're nothing like a Fear Factor meal !
