I forgot, which is something I do a lot with the PM's. In fact let me make one thing clear, I screw up a lot. One of the major things that separates this game from the former Absolution games is that those were moderated competently, I consistently screw this one up. In that case we will have no problems signing the non-aggression treaty as our alliance is only with Semeria and if you are not going to prosecute a war against them, we shall not prosecute a war against you.

Allow me to make a distinction between a nation surrendering and a nation joining you.

A nation that joins you may well offer its millitary forces to you as part of the whole that its giving to you, a nation that is surrendering will not give you any of its millitary. You take all of their economic levels over stability and you take over their land, but their millitary does not transfer its alleigance to you and at best they will simply quit and rejoin the citizenry.

This should answer a certain PM that was sent to me, a particularly ambitious PM.
