SNES Worlds - Orders are due!

African Empire- Orders:

1: Research Carpentry
2: Research Settlement
3: Research Barracks
4: Research Pole Making
5: Research Settlement

You're going to research settlement twice? :mischief:

Because honestly you haven't even research farming and one of your foods is good soil, so it is of no use to your people, your civilization is basically just hunting, weakly.

As far as scouting goes, you have to specify which scouting you want, 1 or two, I am considering adding a tech later to allow both, and even expand the scouting tech, but not for now. So I was assuming two straight lines from se to sw, but if you want scouting level two let me know.

I thought I only have the resource "Plentiful Game" and "Woods"

Where is the Good Soil?

Ok, change Scouting 2 to Agriculture 1.

1. Civil Matters
2. Scouting
3. Agriculture lvl 1
4. Scout Southwest
5. Scout Southeast

Nah, there is a difference between woods and good soil the green resource which borders egypt is actually good soil, not forest, you have no access to forest at the moment, which is slightly expected due to the fact that your in the middle of Egypt >.<

Good move changing scouting two, but keep in mind that you cannot research farming yet until you completely research hunting, On the tech tree when you see a tech with multiple levels you must research all the levels before moving past that tech, unless stated otherwise. And if ye dont change it, ill grant the courtesy of auto changing it to the next hunting level.

Uh...

Santora, are you talking to Charles Li, God of Xhan Chum of Bulgaria?

I am not in egypt, I fully researched Hunting to LVL 4 and why do you think I am in Egypt?

I have green with a brown bottom touching borders to the Northwest and A Pawprint to the northeast, also touching borders.

I should have 2 food because of full hunting using the Plentiful Game resource...

Finally, either quote the dude you are responding to or but @ Person (Nation) infront. Thanks!

Sanotra slaps his face! I got you confused with Arian which is really confusing now for other reasons, but you both got kind of a comical attitude which is somewhat similar, I am sorry mighty Xhan Chum, I need to better keep tallys on who is who, and who has what techs, which reminds me, you skipped metal working. But since I already let it slip, Ill allow anyone a free tech as slong as they read this and ask about it >.<

But yeah farming is you'res, Don't worry arian is getting the food hit, your fine. You don't technically need farming until there is good soil around.

As far as you having 2 resources based on full hunting, no, you only have one, and your able to fully use that one now. Later techs will increase the amount of productivity you get from one resource. Like a future Hunting Tech, once researched will double your animal food resources.

Oops...

1: Research Carpentry
2: Research Settlement
3: Research Barracks
4: Research Pole Making
5: Create as many Spearmen as possible

Sanotra informs the African Empire that they are unable to make spearmen as they have not 2 forests within their borders, all they have is good soil useful for farming.

I advise you change 4. and 5. to something you can use.

1: Research Carpentry
2: Research Settlement
3: Research Barracks
4: Research Civil Matters
5: Research Leadership

Leadership cannot be researched until 5 cities are in your empire. I will auto-change you to scouting.

FYI: Once everyone researches the techs up until Leadership, I will fast forward the game allowing the placement of all 5 cities.

Egypt - Turn 3

Uhm.

1) Hunting/Gathering lvl5
2) Farming lvl1
3) Barracks
4) Civil Matters

Any chance you can plot our nations on the tech tree?

H&G4
H&G5
Farming 1-3

I still can;t see the point of this, since everyone HAS to learn ALL these early techs, and the order of choosing has no effect..

It does,

For example, Bulgaria can skip Agriculture entiraly and go for Food Storage from Carpentering.

You have to choose between Swords or Poles.

Different kinds of scouting: It all makes shock waves. I think Santora has a spread-sheet like Bird's or just commen sense like NK and just figure out what happens.

Not true, I've tried that ;)

You got a point here. Things would greatly improve if it would be possible to build units or expand from the start.

Says it all. First 5 or 6 turns are a waste of time :(

But I have to admit I really like the way this NES is set up :)
