what are the white dots on some of the territories?
that "effectiveness" stuff, how severe is it?
what i mean is: a Bear has +2 effectiveness, does that mean that one of my armies will kill 3 of the regular ones? or that 10 of my armies will hold their own against 12 of regular ones?
how much does it matter?
does tech bought take effect the same turn?
How fast does transport work? can an army load and unload on same turn? can the ship move in that turn when it loaded unloaded?
can armies be build in any province? or just in the capitol? or is one of the buildings required?

i think thats it for now. starting orders, might have to change them based on answers

The White dots are on the terriotories because it's not my map it's a diplo map and I'm too lazy to go through it and remove them one by one.

Armies cannot load and unload from ships on the same turn, but they can from planes.

Yes, Yech bought takes effect on the same turn, as do buildings.

+2 effectiveness means that after I roll the dice I add 2 to your roll. Apparently (As I own nothing but 6 sided dice and sneer quite haughtily at those of you with higher dice) it matters a bit.

btw: You can build armies and airships anywhere, but can only build Navies on coastal tiles.

British Army slaughtered at no loss.

2 Chinese Armies lost, 1 retreated back to BEI.

3 Roman Armies lost
2 Ottoman Armies defeated.


PRU:

In an amazing feat of defense the Peruvian armies took out 5 of the invading Roman armies before loosing their capitail.
There were no Peruvian survivors.

TUR:

4 Russian Armies defeated outside the Fort, which survived the battle and passed into Russian hands.
No Afghani Survivors.

NWT:

6 Russian Armies were defeated by the Quebecois, who had recently learned the art of trench building, before they were submitted.
There were no Quebecois Survivors.

NPC's don't build armies unless their really threatened, so you can just go by their post 1 stats.

Do you see how small HK is?
