When I sent you orders the first time I guessed that those white dots on my provinces where my armies.
However, now that the map is updated I see that the dotes did not move.
So ehmm... may I ask you how many armies do I have... and where are they?
And also... what are those white dotes in provinces?

The white dots mean nothing, i explained it earlier, i'm sorry you didn't get it.
Poland has a Large army: 4 in European provinces.
2 in each african province
1 in ASM

no I cannot sell British territory that is pontentially strategic, sorry. I however will allow French troops to be present in the Empire, if you likewise allow British troops free travel throughout France
