So why was CFC down (on and off) the last 3 days?

Couldn't get on at all yesterday, and today it's been a bit patchy..

I wonder if they are going to fix the issue or let us all suffer from these constant server is to busy 10 times a day.

I suspect the search bots are causing another DoS on the service.

Just got the server back again, they need to kill the barbs that are attacking the server and keep it working properly!

We haven't received a full report on the cause for the most recent outage(s). but rest assured that our host has monitoring software in place, and they do try to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Well, it did it 3 times to me yesterday with about 20ish minutes between each successful login attempt.

Is CFC going down the drain? I know memory is rose tinted but I swear the outages were not as often as they are now.

TF, sell this website, move it on to someone who is an active and interested member of the Civ Fanatics Website.

It's probably not TF's fault since the website is hosted by someone else... who either screwed up yet again or is having a major problem.

I'm already considering labeling this site as unreliable. Three days of "server is too busy" cropping up each hour ain't helping. It's gotten so bad, that I can only reliably browse the site during prime time hours EST.
