Everyone knows the classic drinking game that is the Centurion.​

The lucky participants have to drink a shot of beer every minute for 100minutes....

I'm thinking we should up the game and invent the Spartan.
300 shots in 300 minutes!

It could possibly result in death, but then again it would be an honourable one, in memory of the 300 Spartans who died heroically centuries ago!

Eight cans of beer is nothing, I put that away last weekend.

24 cans of beer in 5 hours, I think (what would I know) it is doable, but who has that kind of patience?

If we're talking a standard 1 1/2 ounce shot here, then that's not 8 cans/100 shots but 8 shots/can. So a "centurion" would be over 12 cans in less that 2 hours, and a "spartan" would be a whopping 37 cans in 5 hours.

Drinking the amount on the Centurian at least is easy, it's the fact that it comes in shots that sends people over the edge.

Spartan, whilst sounding like an excellent uni game, sounds im-poss- ce- blay to me.
