Made fast peace with Ghaznavids, ByzEmpire and Buyids(collapsed in ~1068AD). Capture after it Kerman and Shiraz, build in all cities markets, barracks and stable in Marv, Herat, Esfahan Qazvin, after - spamming lancers, trebushets and UU.
Collect 4 titles, stability in 1199AD, before Golden Age: 99(Very solid), in 1216/17AD, after first GA and during second GA: -107/-149(Collapsing)
Vassal - Zengids, capitulated - Ghorids, Georgia, PoA, Khwarezm. Ghaznavids. Afgans civs collapsed in 1204 and 1211

That Seljuk one is really impressive. Just going for rapid expansion works for only few civs, but I guess Seljuks can handle it well.

Indeed, not sure which should I go for next though? I just did Makuria by 1500, but I am not really satisfied with the result, so I might reload to a previous save.
Maybe I'll just go for a weird URV.

And yes, Fatimids are one of my favourites in SoI.

About Makuria, I tried several times with Kalabsha and Dongola to receive fast sunni or shia, but it's don't spread in my cities before 1000AD

With Makuria your third city should be Kerora and then quickly take Makkah and bring Shia and Sunni to Tungul. In my game Tungul build every Orthodox, Sunni and Shia wonder, except HoW and Spiral Minaret.

Reloaded to around 1300s and went on from there with more aggressive tactic, consisting of betraying PoA, collapsing Cilicia and invading Yemen. Vassals were Abbasids and Ak Kouynly.

Found Kerora as second city, fast capture Hejaz, convert to Sunni in 858AD, killing Yemen in 904AD.
Vassals - Rum, KoJ, Zengids, capitulated - Fatimids and Georgia.

1193AD, same religion, war with ByzEmpire, liberated Sis, Sharif title, tech advanced, strong army, control Tartus and Damaskos

Pretty straight forward game. Vassals were Karaman, Ak Kouynly and Mamluks. I ended up building a decent empire for each one of them.

I tried a new strategy with Khwarezmids, pretty much much straight forward conquering. Their UP and UU fit this strategy extremely well. The only problem was the cash, but conquering brings enough income to maintain the empire. I built tons of Khwarezmid Lancers and just conquered everything without letting them to get Marksmen. My intention was to go to Iraq after the Mongols, but after repelling the first wave of Mongols, I was so close to victory that I rolled to Iraq to get the needed land and population, which I actually lacked more. Delhi respawned once, but with the UP, that's not a problem. Zengids were my only vassal.

The Ottomans are just great, I think the first picture says it all. I hindered too long (again) as my stability proofs. Vassals were Karamanids, Ak Kouynly and Oman.

I focused on hiring all the mercs and spawning a great spy early on. I stole a bunch of valuable techs from the Abbasids before the Mongols collapsed them and after that my mercs sweeped in. After Iraq and Estefan and focused on teching and prepared to face the Portuguese, who proved to be a let down. I got few peace vassalisations and capitulations, in the end my vassals were Bahmanids, Malwa, Safavids, Ak Kouynly, Karamanids and Yemen.
