...which is why I keep asking for a photo of this deadbolt...

If movies have taught me anything, I'm pretty sure you are dead & are haunting your own house without your knowledge. Your wife is trying to move on, but you keep unlocking the door to get in, which creeps her out.
I understand that you don't realize you are doing it, but you need to accept the fact that you are dead & move on. Find your Haley Joel Osment, resolve your issues, & stop ghost-posting to the Civ forums.

I'm starting to wonder if we're being set up well in advance for an April Fools joke.
You give me too much credit. I wish I had the foresight to pull off a long-term prank like this, but this is actually happening to me and I wold like to get to the bottom of it. I think I'm going to find a way to set up the camera without my wife knowing about it (just in case she's the one doing it).

Could you post some pictures of the locks?
No, he can't.
This whole thread is a troll.
I've asked him to post either a pic of this deadbolt or a link to the model and the requset has been ignored.
Nothing to see here, move along...
No rush, just nice to see what kind of deadbolt lock it is. Doesn't seem to get unlocked by itself in anyway...Here is a picture of the lock as requested. Sorry this wasn't exactly on top of my list of important things to do.
I've had something similar happen with my car. I always park it with the windows up and the sunroof down. Several times I've gone to get in my car of a morning and windows were down and the sunroof was up. I think it has something to do with the electronics not a ghost.
Didn't realize deadbolts had electronics in them.
Still, that's not a very ordinary electrical malfunction... Is your car in a garage?I wasn't meaning to imply that they do. It's just that there are ordinary explanations for things that seem strange most of the time.
