As for the thread question, there are too many things to list in just one post. I'd love to do everything better physically. I'm hardly an athlete. I'm proud I can do as many pullups as I do, but it's not that hard when you weigh 161. Overall I'd like to be as strong as Arnold Swarchenegger in his prime and as fast as Bruce Lee in his prime. But I like to keep my expectations realistic.
