we propose the formation of The United Möbius Government(think the UEG). It will act as the Unifed government of the planet. It will be a democractic body, in which each state gets 2 upper house members in the legislative body, and for a yet to be determined unit of population each member gets a lower house member. The president will be elected by all the people of all nations. The Judical branch will function by merging all Judical branches in all nations, with a higher supreme court above it.
The capital will be chosen by popular vote among nations.
