The average LP will drop DRASTICALLY after this change. As for orders, no. I just need the need trade routes that follow the rules. For the most part, orders ARE in and everything but trade has been calculated (including science). There are already existing CoTs to trade with in the area. Several. All it really means is that new players will get their cities sooner but trade centers later and will need to compete for trade and build trade leagues.

The leading trade power was making 600+ LPs in trade this turn.

I'm shifting the concept of "non-significant internal trade" over to City LPs as representation. I had two systems, one for internal trade routes and one for international trade routes. The new system means not only is there no VAST internal trade routes, I can downgrade the International math (which gave a bonus) to the Domestic Math.

Long story short, routes are worth less than before and City LPs are relatively more important now.
