SonRISK!

Speed would be a bad thing why, exactly?

No reason, just wondering. I personally enjoy the speed. It makes the game more fluid. If players start thinking out their orders and waiting, then the updates will come by slower (takes at least half the players to get some kind of orders in for me to start the countdown).

Trololo, just noticed the half-way mark was four hours earlier than I thought. Update in 30 minutes.

War dips its fingers into North America and Oceania. Yukon has showed its intent and sent a massive force to colonize the Midwest, resulting in the destruction of the paltry and surprised New England colonizing forces. Meanwhile, Siam deals a serious blow against Indonesia.

Paraguay and Chile are isolated from the world thanks to the expansionist Brazilian Empire. Likewise, the British Isles and Portugal are in the same sticky situation thanks to France. Europe looks to be a powder-keg due in part of the build-up and concentration of divisions in Central Europe, Ukraine, and Poland.

Battle of Banda Sea

A Siamese Fleet attacked an embarked Indonesia division, sinking it. An estimated 5,871 Indonesians are listed as casualties. Siam suffered no losses.

Fleets must be placed on a sea territory. Saying "just build a fleet" means nothing. Yoshi, place your fleet in the water somewhere. Indonesia borders six sea territories.

Colonization War for the Midwest

Yukon and New England forces have collided in New England. Yukon attacked with two divisions and New England attacked with one division. Yukon has emerged victorious, suffering no loss of division. New England lost its division. Yukon suffered 9,969 casualties. New England suffered 6,453 casualties.

Global Casualty Rate
22,293

Current Wars

Each territory a player controls counts as a point. Each division they destroy counts as a point. Underneath the war is a diagram. The closer to the / the X, the more even the forces and strategy.

Siam (5 Points) vs Indonesia (1 Point)
|----/--X-|

Yukon (5 Points) vs New England (4 Points)
|----X----|

EDIT: and an other question :mischief: what is the significance of the stripes under some of the numbers?

Originally, the stripes were going to represent if it wan an embarked naval unit before I decided to just make the numbers the color of the player. When I make the text block, sometimes it's too small for the underline so some text blocks have them and others don't.

A division at sea will have a D next to it. Except the Caribbean, which still has a J since I forgot to do the color thing for them.

ok, thanks

And I just keep asking questions :p
Anyway something came to mind. Can two fleets, neither of which carry/protect divisions, of different players, stay in the same oceantile without a battle occurring?

Build 4 Armies in Great lakes, 4 attack Mid West, 1 Attack Satkat The one in Texas attacks Mid West

They can unless the players are fighting each other (under current wars).

Yukon orders
Deploy 1 division to Saskatchewan.
Deploy 3 divisions to Midwest.
No attacks.

Build one division in each territory
La Plata Division takes Chile.
Brazil Division takes Guiana.
Peru Division takes Paraguay.

Germany
Build max armies in Germany
Move Scandinavian army to Norwegian Sea

Build Max Armies in Russia.

Well, this isn't looking very good

Build max fleet (which is probably only 1 fleet) on the Banda Sea

And if I can still use the fleet that I bought the last turn, but didn't deploy it, Move Other Fleet to Banda Sea

Siam

Build 1 division in Indochina
Build 1 division in Burma
Build 2 fleets in South China Sea, move to Banda Sea
