Greek Expansion in real life:
Seleucids do not count because they were actually Persia and the other kingdoms Persia had conquered in the Middle East((Minus Western Anatolia and Egypt))
Tibet and Gangia, while both non-interventionist, have decided that the Greco-Persian War is of interest to the Subcontinent. As such, they have sent a small aid package of 12 billion gold to the Persians. This is just a taste.
Tibet and Gangia have no interest in forming any sort of alliance, unless the Demon Realm was to attempt to gobble one up. The regional balance, as it stands, requires Persia to exist.
@ CivG:
Well, you stimulated my creative juices:
Spoiler:
Ahem. Calculating trade values now; this is the most tedious part of the process IMO. Hopefully I can get it done within the hour.
Gem King: That was thousands of years ago. I didn't bring ancient history into this. This is history in the making, and the only kind I'm concerned about, and what current history says is that you invaded me without much reason. At first I thought you had done it first, even though I hadn't seen your claims when I posted mine. The reason for that turned out to be you edited your claims in after I had posted mine, so you should have known better than to claim on top of someone else.

Considering the amount of VMs concerning economics I sent you, I already knew.
Blood for the blood God, skulls for the skull throne, distracting the world's attention from other nations assembling doomstacks, the usual...
Effective immediately:
-From now on, declaring war voids your claims made that turn. Prior to this war, there was merely the rule you couldn't claim WHILE at war; there was no mention of what happens when you declare it.
As such, Persia, Greece, and France cannot claim next turn. This is espeically good for Rome, as it means they can gobble up the remaining five provinces in Iberia without competition!

Not even a flanking maneuver or a block off that makes sure the other guys can't just run around my fortifications like in World War two and the defenses of Metz?
-White territories are off limits for armies; imagine them as Terra Incognita. So there's no need to claim them to secure your borders.
-Other nations have to agree to let your troops through(or you could invade them, WW1 Germany and Belgium style); if they don't let either side through, then it's moot and the only ways through are a) naval assaults or b) a long war of attrition overland

71 - 5 - Bamako was ravaged by a massive fire, destroying large sections of the city.
5 - 1 - Germany suffered some larger than normal floods that have destroyed quite a bit of property, contracting the economy by 1%.
29 - 4 - Central America was hit by a huge hurricane, killing hundreds and levelling countless amounts of property.
65 - 2 - Buenos Aires was hit by an earthquake.
How much of your realm will break away is your instability * 5, so instability 20 = every province attempts to break away. By contrast, instability 1(which human players are generally at) will only yield a mere 5% attempting.
-While rebels tried to rise up in Germany, sponsored by a foreign power, they were thwarted
-Someone tried to sow discontent in Greece, but wasn't caught
Partitionania - One province lost
Japan - One province lost
Ahasira - One province lost
