Christos sent in his orders first, so he's given the initiative. I will automate Omega's defenses accordingly.
Christos' orders are simple - build up a massive army and invade Rome.
Rome creates 20 armies, all in Italy; Iberia is a lost cause.
France techs up to Military 1 so it won't get massacred on the stakes. It will also enable PB interchange if it comes to that.
19 armies are built.
So, that's 56 armies coming down on Iberia!
Only 3 armies protect Iberia, exposed and against the coast, but they are ordered to die for the ship and kill as many Gauls as possible before falling.

From the south, Rome's defenses are still formiddable, but with all their forts built in the North, it is possible to bypass the defenses. 9 provinces can be taken!
An attack on Sardinia-Corsica comes first. The provinces are completely cut off from Italia(due to the French fleet blocking the Central Med), and as such, only have their local defenses of 1 unit each.

In the Western Mediterranean, the 29 troops in France proper invade the Baleares, using French fleets present in the region.

The French Army soon halts its offensive, not daring to go against the awesome power of the Roman forts. However, its ability to outspend Rome will soon make it the clear victor. Rome is racing against time...
France now stands at 62 provinces and 38 Armies. Rome stands at 11 provinces and 31 Armies. Both are Military 2.
France, it seems, will become the strongest nation in the Mediterranean, Europe, and indeed, the world...
