It seemed that an end was final coming to the chaos. Following Luna's arrival the lands of South America had been in anarchy but now there seemed to be solidarity, people had faith in each other once again. Although war had brought devastation, death and all manner of other such calamities the people had pulled through, they had succeeded.

Well, at least that's what the thought.

Even now in the regime of the new Republic things were stressed at all times. The economy couldn't keep up with the military's demands; countless civilians starved and the deterioration of infrastructure, industry and services continued.
In fact the New Lunar Republic was far from the paradise that it outwardly displayed.
However despite the continued losses the military continued to grow, and the annual report revealed it to be the only body in the country to be economically growing. Resources were used to upgrade, expand and retrain the Princess' army and it was soon a force to be reckoned with.

And Reckoned with it was to be as the Princess ordered the immediate surrender of the oppressive Brazilian nation and asked that they should be divided up into several smaller nation states each with a constitution written by New Lunar Republican bureaucrats. Refusal will lead to a declaration of war.
