Send my navy from the Eastern Mediterranean into the Gulf of Oman(Should be able to get there with M6 tech) and bombard, along with two more newly-constructed ones. If they don't hit, send four armies to try to clear it.
Jerusalem is left with 76 provinces and 633 gold. It can still expand into 5 provinces.
==Nigeria==
Nigeria invests 71 gold into Jerusalem, boosting its economy by 5.
==USSR==
The USSR has inked a protection treaty with Yucatan. The USSR will assist in suppression of uprisings in the region if necessary, and also grants 85 gold to Yucatan, surging its economy by .50 Industry.
The USSR also sends 71 gold to Jerusalem.
The USSR also tears up its treaty with Britain and signs a new trade pact with Brazil instead.
In that vein, it advises Jerusalem to work on its economy more.
==Notes==
I'll just state now that sometimes I give hidden bonuses.
What do you get them for?
Well... it wouldn't be hidden if I told you, now would it?
The bonuses, however, are negligible, or at least minimal enough to not seriously disrupt the balance of power.
Ahasira and Japan have devised a strategy - rotating 10 attacks each to share casualties and profits.
But first, Ahasira shells the Siberians with 4 T1 CWs.

Siberia's army is left pent up in the last Mongolian province. That is, 81 men now are stuck there.
Japan has 74 armies, by contrast, and Ahasira 218, all ready to strike.
Japan sends 20. 8-12
Ahasira sends 20. 7-13
That leaves Siberia with 66 armies in Mongolia.
Japan sends 20. 9-11.
Ahasira sends 20. 5-15.
Siberia is stuck at 42. That's weak enough... the armies pull back to consolidate their gains. Ahasira is left 193 armies, whereas it started with 250. However, they are cheaply replaced, and it has gained 11 provinces.

Siberia, fortunately, is set to pull a Persia and recover, given that it has trade with several overseas powers...
...or did. 6 Missiles pound the entire country, flooding it with chemicals and killing huge amounts of soldiers. Who is responsible for this atrocity?
Petrograd rolls in.
With only 3 armies to protect its vast territory, 2 incapable of moving, Siberia is screwed. It mans the forts... it has +1 to all rolls. It's not a question of if they can hold out, so much as how many Russians can be killed.
The Rebels, pro-Russian Winter activists, join Petrograd's side and attack the Siberians.

With that, they defect to Petrograd, granting Petrograd 2 territories and an army.

Japan: 6-5
Ahasira: 0-10
Japan: 6-4. Japan's armies all used up.
Ahasira, with the Siberian forts gone and the enemy worn and weary, launches one final assault of 20 armies - it's all or nothing.
4-16.
The exhausting battle leaves Japan and Ahasira alike at 69 provinces.
Siberia retains 3 provinces and 22 armies... 20 of which are ready to brawl.
19 are all sent against Ahasira in one last dance!
4-5.
They attack the Ahasiran fort next.
8-2.
Siberia is left with 15 provinces and 15 armies.
Ahasira refuses to stand to see its homeland occupied, and sends 20 armies against them as a punitive measure. Japan grants them all its gold, to build just 1 more army, to soften the blow a little.
5-15.
Ahasira is worn down to 114 armies... 10 more go at it.
3-7.
4 more are ordered in.
2-2.
Left with 105 armies, Ahasira calls it quits for good this time. Nearly 3/5 of the Ahasiran Army has been lost. Fortunately, they can all be swiftly replaced with the massively expanded economy gained from this war.
Petrograd, approving of such actions, orders 5 PBs lobbed at the Mongolian positions.
2 fail. Petrograd just orders 2 more. 1 fails. Petrograd orders another.
It hits. Siberia is destroyed.
At long last, the humiliation of years past has been avenged! Siberia is no more. Petrograd and Ahasira tech up to Army 7, inheriting it from the ruined empire. That's a 175 gold value to Petrograd, and a 450 one to Ahasira!
Japan - 22 occupied. (53 * 2.77) + (22 * 2.55) / 75 = 2.7. To Japan, it as if the first war was erased from history... Japan has reached 75 provinces, the same any purely peaceful state has.
Ahasira - 7 occupied. (60 * 3.14) + (7 * 2.55) / 67 = 3.08. While Ahasira may seem cheated, only gaining so few provinces at such massive costs, it has cemented its friendship with a powerful ally, and has also gained 450 gold worth of military tech.
-Surprise assault on Siberia by Japan, Ahasira and Petrograd. Millions die in the interchange and in combat. Ahasira loses 3/5 of its army; Petrograd becomes a great power as a result. Only lasting a few months, the global balance shifts immensely as a result.
-Inking of three-way alliance between Denmark, Germany and Britain

===Revolts===
Spoiler:
In light of globe-consuming anarchy, everyone has a 20% chance of a revolt.
How much of your realm will break away is your instability * 5, so instability 20 = every province attempts to break away. By contrast, instability 1(which human players are generally at) will only yield a mere 5% attempting.
Petrograd had a revolt - 4 break away. Damn Siberians.
Morocco had a revolt - 3 break away.
Gangia had a revolt - 1 breaks away.
===Notes===
I now calculate terrorist actions AND battles at the end of the turn. Bear that in mind. Your "easy prey" could develop something nasty by that time.
Henceforth, a province is defended by your total number of armies divided by number of provinces, as in Sonereal's games. This will make forts more formiddable and wars less costly in terms of Industry.
Trade is now 25% of your average, rather than 50%. States with high Industrial development, accordingly, have moved up.
If there is ONE more assault on Abyssinian soil, there will likely be massive retaliation. Our people are demanding action, and they demand it now.
Already, we have planted agents in all governments in the immediate vicinity. Send anything against us, and we can guarantee a wonderful Christmas present for you.
We also offer amnesty to the Chaos, Inc. leadership, if they will come clean about who has supplied them. We and our allies, Nigeria, are willing to pay a cash bounty to obtain this information...
We have, after all, received word from sources that shall not be named that Jerusalem is behind the attacks, but, alas, we cannot run on one source alone...
===Petrograd===
Petrograd eagerly accepts.
With Japan's blessing, a three way alliance has been born... a Eurasian Alliance.
Can someone please explain to me how I send 11 agents at Petrograd and all of them fail (and three die), but when I send 5 agents with bombs at Abyssinia, all of them succeed? Because AFAIK, every single thing I have mentioned is a 20% chance.
