Spaceship problems

Well I have every piece built except the exterior casing, which I appearently cannot build. This makes absolutely no sense seeing as I have ample supplies of rubber and aluminum in my trade network, and I've completed the tech tree. Is this a bug or is there something tiny that i'm missing?

Well one thing is that you can only build one piece in a given city, iirc. Have you tried other cities? Do you see those two resources in that cities box?

i have a probelm 2 i cant launch my rocket i have all 10 parts and almost done my tech tree whats the problem?

Maybe the game is already over and you chose Lemme play a couple more turns?
And Sargatanus: You're probably building it in a small city. I think parts are not affected by prebuilds.
