Speculation on Native North American civs in Civ6 vanilla

Since the reveal of the leader portraits in the Firaxis video, I believe that a Native North American civ in the vanilla game is unlikely at this point. Aztecs are definitely in, but that is it for Native North America.

I expect a Native North American civ in DLCs/or expansions
