Evolutions: 1) Mitochondria ("cellular power plants" that convert nutrients to energy much more quickly and efficiently) (Stealing FTW! then again this did arise from a process similar to abiotic symbiosis, so I don't feel bad), 2) Digestive Juices: allows a Cell to make the most of the cells it absorbs, 3) Forced conjugation: the hollow needle, instead of injecting a poison or drawing in nutrients, injects DNA vectors that alter the DNA of victim cells, mutating them into Eve cells

I actually expect my mitochondria to be more effective, as I already have abiotic symbiosis and its successor, membrane-bound organelles. My cells is already used to the concept of mitochondria and has the capability to utilize it to a higher and more efficient extent

As the cells in our little pool continue evolve, effects of life upon this world has begun to be felt. The sulfur has begun to settle, and the oxygen levels have increased. But this means little to the cell in the pool, other then a slight decreases in the pools temperature.

Still, fare below, at the bottom of the pool, the Balista has begun to take off. With he dwindling supplies of chemicals to feed off of, it has begun to look around more actively for something to feed off of. And the other cells look very tasty. Twisting it's already complex chemical processing ability, it has developed a powerful ability to digest other cells with ease. Faster, and larger, it is now the most feared cell in the lower levels.

The Magnus Blobus has continued to grow in size, becoming more and more complex. It is now the dominant predator in all the layers, there are few cells that can avoid becoming prey to. While most can evade it, few can hide, and if they are unlucky to be caught, their death is assured.

The Eve has become quite an effective cells, lethal to the nth degree. It has developed a method to actually convert other cells into copies of itself, though the method dose not work very well against cells larger then itself. Still, the discomfort and pain of it's sting dose seem to deter most predators..

The Harry Cell has actually grown in size as a side effect of the general improvement. While there is no outward improvement visible beside the increased size, it's DNA has actually become slightly denser and easier to read.

In a surprising, yet very effective development, the Expomanus has become the king of speed, while it is prone to merely drift around most of the time absorbing light, when it dose sense danger, it darts away with a seemingly insane pulse of speed. While it is still prone to ambush, very few active predators can match it. As a result, it's populations has begun to boom.

OOC: Javanic, i can't make heads or tales of your cell. Nore your choices. I'll give you +2 evolutions off whatever cell you chose to evolve off of next turn. But I'll just skip over you for now. Sorry. I asked you to fix it.

Two updates to go. Then we skip right to land creatures. Yep, land. I don't want to revile the world map, and with sea creatures, well, way to much opportunity to explore. Still, it will be a big island.

Short Lived, but fun.. *sigh* I will get the NPC stats up and the map soon. but..
I just downloaded the BF2142 Demo, and after playing three sweet round of titian, I came to the conclusion that I will not be able to mod for the forsible future. Don't worry, this gmae is not dead.. It's just hatching from it's egg into a Larva Form. I'll just take it stright to eather the Creature phase. which might only last 4-5 rounds also. expect to see it in... mid January, when I will be less addicted to gaming.

expect to see the map by Wensday. adn if I don't get it up by then, Abandon all hope, because by then, I will have ben draged into the titian mode.
