SSNES: Fall of Wu'di

I haven't done the stat update yet, so I think that will be a bit harsh. I have exam on Friday as well, so I won't be able to do the update then (if I can't manage to do the stat update today). For now, the update is postponed to sometime next week, possibly Friday again. If you don't hear from me, assume that it still is.

AND I AM BAAAACK! :D

Which means I will do the stat update now, and you guys send orders till Friday. Comprende? This NES if not dead by far! I need to keep my record (and beat Iggy's awesomely popular LINES...)

Will you update the update? ;) In a neater form I mean.

Lord Win'da, as the outside world still knew him, had such an urge to blow away the doors of the Governors Palace. He had Journeyed for weeks, he could wait no longer. But he had to resist his urges and seem polite. He went up to a guard and told him who he was and that he had official buiness with the Governor. He was promptly let. He went in front of the Governor and presented to hims to the following deal.(OOC: He spoke it, but i figured ths would be easier for SS)

To: Cairo

The Clous are concerned at the troubles of our neighbors, and wish to offer assistance in ending your drought. All you need to do it teach lord Win'da Life Magic, and your problems shall dissappear.

No, the update remains as it is. I want it to be that way, to commemorate hard times with confiscated cable and real study. If there are some things that are lacking or unclear, post it and I will clear up in things. Lots of it is still very diffuse for me as well, so I want as many questions as you can come up with. Hopefully, this NES isn't badly damaged from this short crisis... :twitch:

We are reluctant to let you share our magic. For one thing, we have lost our Academy, and are not able to restore it (there are none who has all the spells memorized, and thus a complete Academy cannot be made) We would still be interested in paying you for your services, if the prove useful.

Win'da looked up with a twinkle in his eyes. "I'm sorry for your loss of academy, but the teacing of Life Magic is s must for this deal. Take it, or leave it."

Lord Win'da is politely requested to leave Cairo in peace, since his terms are not acceptable. Upon resistance, his body was temporarily paralyzed and carried off into a coach that quickly took him to the border. :joke:

At the refusal of his generous terms, Win'da was enraged and let out the rage he had held in in being polite. Without a word, he turned and left the room, blowing the Palaces doors off their hinges and into the street. The wo guards at the door attempted to stop him, but with out a word uttered by Win'da they were both struck down by lightning. Summoning a cloud and a favorable wind, Win'da rode away undisturbed, vowing revenge against the insolent Cairoese.

Actually, the correct term is Cairen. ;) But sure, go ahead and be enraged.

@Betrayed: I sent you a PM long ago about the names of the Imperial Princes. If you still have it, can you check up on their names? For now, I will just make up something...

EDIT: On second thought, I came up with rather funny names, so I'm keeping them. ;)

The way you do projects is how many eco-points invested right, not turns...right?

Oh yes, eco points all the way. One of the numerous things I will change for my next NES. For one thing, the time scope of this NES is rather narrow. Things progress from year to year. That makes most things "projects", in the sense that they are not bought from a shopping list, sort of. Some projects, though, should take a longer period of time, regardless of spending (such as breeding faster horses or developing a new type of grain) but this is where magic comes in. ;)

Also, you double-spent on eco. Only one point allowed per turn. I thought this was the basic rule for all number-eco NESes? Oh well.

Never played a Number Eco Nes before:blush:

Stats are all updated ( I even split up the Empire stats!) now GO SEND ORDERS OR DIE! HORRIBLY! :D

Did my anti-drought actions have any effect? Orders might be late. You know school and other crap, perhaps no story either.

It's easy to handle, but I think word-based (in other words, simple numbers and no direct "spending on raising eco" allowed) is even simpler, and more realsitic. NOW GO WRITE YOUR ORDERS!

Prince Scrotum:hmm:

Yes it did. There are now many wells for the people to use. Still, you never know when the water underground runs out. If you want to make sure, you'd better take more focused initiatives.
