At last the grand Mosque of Mecca had been completed! the worlds largest structure, rising from the desert skyline, it was an impresive sight, people from all over the muslim empire started their pilgrimage to the holy city.
On the north, the roman empire had crushed the Rebels of Judea, this was an unexpectd move, but now w/ a new emperor, it was unknown about their will towards the muslims, diplomats were rushed to Rome for more talks.
Muhammed has once again given a call for conscription, but it seems is not for any military campaigns, but to help on the building of a new wonder, The arabian trade routes! this would speed up communication and transportation, it would also create a boom in the economy.
To Rome:

Trudeau rose to address the Canadian senate. Fellow Canadians we have succeded in starting a great nation but i cannot rest until it strechs from sea to sea to sea. To this our army must be increased, i am not calling for conscription but for brave and hardy volunteers to help our nation grow and become strong. I would like to also give that wonder is coming along niclely.

Under a new emperor a reorginization of the armed forces was needed to combat the new and developing world surrounding the empire. The army would be reorganized into legions of 1000 men each, and given a number, legion one, stationed in rome itself, to legion twenty. The navy would be divided up into squadrons of 5 ships and deployed to ports around the empire. (the map will show the placement of legions in red, and squadrons in blue)

The once peaceful nation of China decides to go aggresive, and invades the Mongolians to the North. Mongolia instantly mobilizes after this surprise, and gets ready to counterattack.

The ever growing Chinese Empire prospers as the largest Empire in the world. Our farthest but closest rival continues to frow thier military as we now begin to increase something that means something more for the future, Navy. Our Great Lighthouse finishes on our coastal city of Shanghai, making us the largest navy power in the world. This is good, very good.
Soon enough we decide to attack the Northern Mongolians with power. We gain much territory but they are ready for a counter-strike. We will stop this for good and finish off the Crazy hordes. Our military will be ready...
Many wonder the reason the Romans are in the Dark Ages and we are in the Iron Age. Many philosphers say that it is becuase of our lack of education. I slay those philosophers that brainwash my people. Our education is high and will continue to grow...
Soon after our Lighthouse has finished we decide that a new structure should be started, the Forbidden Palace. This will improve the way peoplein China live for years and years to come sinse they are beautiful and deserve more, much more.
Moments later I get a knock on the door and who is it?? Sun Tzu was his name. He shown me a book of the Art of War. He shown me a demonstration on the concubines with many women, he proved the success of this book. I hire him to be the official general of my army and send him north giving him 4,000 troops to command against the Mongolians. They consist of 2,000 Spearmen and Swordsmen, 2,000 Archers, and 1,000 Horsemen or our famous Riders. I order many copies of this book and add it to the military education of the nation as the official military guide.

this was the slogan as the people of axum marched in the streets, the king of Axum then resigned in a peaceful way and gave muhammed the control of his nation, altough he was named governor later.
The Holy Expedition to Meroe.
Muhammed, now controling all of the land in the peninsula, set his eyes on africa, he sent settlers to take the land north of the axum province, as he did this, he discovered a new civilization, the Meroe, the seem to be decendents of the nubians.
as good muslims, the state sent 500 muslim priests to spread the word of religion.

With the sudden expansion of the Roman Empire Pax Romana, or the Roman Peace had come to an end with the growth of civilization. The citizens were not unhappy with the end of the peace however. The growth of their nation unleashed nationalistic fervor thoughout the Empire. New lands claimed for the Emperors and the people. Festivles and parties were thrown all over the empre in celebration. In Rome the parties were largest of them all. The Emperor threw a giant party, the beer flowed like wine, and the beautiful women instinctivly flocked like the salmon of Capistrano. The whole city partied for a full 24 hour period, and rested the next day b/c of a collective hangover.
to the Germans: We suggest the Rhine be our border, from now to eternity. Do you accept?
