stAMNES: Never Ending Story

I understood you correctly. But no one ever did sizes in numbers... after all if it was done we wouldn't have invented armies by numbers later ;) so no one knows... just large bigger than tiny... :p

lol, erez sounds like he is the mod. Its alright, I am glad you are helping others erez. :)

about army levels, like said, you can if you want seperate each level as seperate armies in your nation, or like 400,000 troops for each level, anyway that fits your stories. Remember, these rules are basically and mostly guidlines. Just dont stretch the truth by going miniscule is 1 million troops. :P

The land of Hokkaido was small. Very small. Though the confederacy consisted of many small tribes, they were stuck on a small landmass. This island could not truly be all there was in the world! And so the council of the Confederacy drew forth a plan to expand across all the few remaining unknown points of the island of Hokkaido. After that was complete, an expedition to the southern waters would be sent in search of new lands...

Orders:

Expand to any places in the SAP region that are not currently under Hokkaido control.

Afterwords, send the navy [with some soldiers and settlers]to scout down south to discover new lands. These soldiers and settlers are ordered to colonize any land found.

Increase education.

This is only the map, Random Events and stats are coming soon...

EDIT: Added Ochocho, and took out Suez.

Massilia mini-story:

After firmly establishing herself as the Most High Empress of Mediterranea and the World following the assassination of numerous tribal leaders, Empress Cuivi set out to expand her nation of Mediterranea by the sea and increase the power of her nation's trade. In 3999 BC, the Mediterraneans began the art of fermenting grapes following the discovery of the wonderous plants to the north of the Imperial Capital, Massilia. Delighted by the wonderful taste of grapes and their fermented juices, called "wine," the Empress calls upon the Mediterranean people to grow grapes domestically and ferment them in large quantities, both for home comsumption and for trade with the untamed barbarians around the region.

Spurred on by a belief that she was to be crowned Empress of the World combined with the knowledge that humans lived in places other than Mediterranea, the Empress orders colonists to leave Massilia and head for the coasts to the south, called by the Mediterraneans "Katalonea." The Empress is well on her way to ruling the world!

In order to better ensure her dominance, the Empress Cuivi establishes the Guild of Seafarers to encourage seafaring and trade by sea in Mediterranea. The Empress orders the beginning of the building of the Seafarers' Guildhall, which will greatly improve Mediterranean seamanship and economic skills.

Kyoto

The people of Kyoto have suffered many years under many rulers. It has been many years sinse a couragous leader took stand of its people and many tribes. One day, above the hill, stood a large, tall man, only exaggerated by the reflection of the sun. He told the many of the prosperous future Japan has if it is united under one, Kyoto. Many agreed, and looked apon this man as a prophet, a retriever from the dark days which fell apon the Japanese people.

Months later, the flowers blossomed in the north, while the mountains looked larger in the south. Small towns and villages in the far north had heard reports of a foreign people whom roam the lands. They called themselves the Hokaidos. They carried large stone clubs, much more advanced then ever seen before. Thier means of communication seemed more advanced, and intimidating. The people of Kyoto needed a leader to stop this threat, and so they found the perfect one...

The man on the hill came once again, to pronounce his enterence to the Ring of Men to discuss the situation in the north. They have decided to contact Hokaido, and settle the evergrowing tension once and for all...

From Kyoto
To Hokaido:
Leave all of our lands or face the wrath of our soldiers!

OOC: I will be making stories for some NPC at a time, not just one. :)

To Carthage, From Mediterranea:

Greetings! Mediterranea proposes this border between our two nations in Iberia:

Sri Lanka

OOC: So I didn't get to MAL?

IC:The Empire had quickly discovered that it was alone and isolated on an island. The Emperor believed that there had to be more people out there, and the most sharp-eyed of his people had confirmed this. Now ships were freely coming and going from the colony on the larger land. They brought news of other peoples, but they were just uncivilized savages. The Emperor still thought that there were other civilizations out there somewhere, and had already had his smartest advisors develop a system of symbols that meant words, as a means of communicating. He decided to continue expanding up the coast of the colony, trying to find others nearly as civilized as he.

Another of the emperor's projects was a great shipyards, from which he would send great fleets to find other nations. This enterprise was going well, and the foundation had already taken shape.

However, there was one other project... one that had not gone so well. The ships the Emperor had sent southwest of Sri Lanka had never returned. Although his people, who worshipped him, tried not to show dismay, he could see it in their faces. He was undetered. He knew that he was not wrong, and resolved to try again when he had better ships.

However, he could not develop these yet. The developing of the "alphabet", as the Emperor called it, along with the construction of the shipyards, had taken a toll on the local economy. He resolved to let it recover by importing more goods from the colony.

Orders
-Expand northeast to ORI with 1/3 of the men, supported by the navy, which can supply them if they need help.
-1/3 of the men expand northwest to BOM. Same support system.
-Increase Economy by importing goods from the colony. 1/3 of the men help out and try to incerease the infastructure and road structure.
-Continue wonder (2/6).

To Carthage, From Mediterranea:

That will be decided as our nations expand. For now, neither of us could maintain our influence over much more of Iberia than is proposed. If we must decide the fate of all of Iberia at this point, Mediterranea would propose this border:

Polish Imperium

The new Polish Imperium had been born, as a man from the Piast clan united the city-settlements of Warsaw, Gdansk, and Krakow together as one under his rule. He declared himself the Emperor of a Polish Imperium, and claimed that he and all his successor ruled legitimately by divine right - basically, they convinced everyone that the Slavic Gods ordained the duty of control over the Imperium to these Emperors.

Immediately, Emperor Mieszko decided to focus on 2 things: 1) Expansion of the realm of the Imperium; 2) Improving internal conditions for the betterment of Poland.

The Poles set their sights northeast - Lithuania (LIT)...
