As Denmark begins to spread out into the European continent, it has come into contact with three different peoples. The first is the Municians, who hail from Southern Germania. They are peaceful, but large and intend on dominating central Europe. The second is the Norweigens, who are involved in a bitter war for the control of Southern Scandinavia. Thier people are ruthless in battle, and the closest thing to barbarians, but open up when money is talked about. Luckily, thier power at the moment is low. The third, and most immediate danger, are the Germanians. Thier more barb then nation and have already sent incursions into the Danish soviergnty. The people are demanding a swift solution to the problem.

Brittany expands rapidly, as more people swarm the barbarian lands to convert them to Tarun. The battles against the French tribes go well, as Gascogne and the Nazaire tribe have nearly been defeated. But, to the north, with danger of a war with Brittany looming, Holland has increased its army and preparing for an attack.

In Iberia and Italy, new cilizations appear.

In Sicily, the Sicilians have put thier attack plans on the backburner. Seeing that the Carthaginians only wanted peace and trade, the Sicilians give them the secret to thier dog domestication for 1 economy. With that economy, the Sicilians have built up thier infrastructure and can be qualified as a civ. They have sent a small voyage to the southern heel of Italy.

In Northern Africa, Carthage has discovered the Algerians to the West. Thier peaceful, but expanding fast and have a wish to reach the sea. In Libya, 4 camps have been set up to block any Libyan attack attempt. So far it appears to be successful.

The Emperor of Antafan has ordered an absolutely huge increase of the army. With that, they have expanded a lot faster. The war with the Libyans goes slowly at first, but appears to be easing up. Also, work on the wheel nears completion.

The Egyptian civil war rages, with Upper Egypt having invaded Lower Egypt. With Upper Egypts advantage in military command and weaponry, they are nearing the gates of Thebes. Looting is rampant, as Upper Egyptians take valuables from thier richer Lower Egyptian counterparts.

Malta expands cautiosly, as it sends a expedition to Malta. The trip is a success, and city of Malta is started.

Saudis and Quatarans clash in the desert! Hundreds of men are felled in the sand, and the fighting continues for days with no real winner. Thier finally compelled to retreat when a sandstorm hits, but they have still gained much land.

Quataran Casualties: 200 men

As Quatar expands west, the tribes nearest them is absorbed. It seems the Quataran power is rising.

As the Seljuk Turks expand, they still havnt come into contact with any significant force. But many scholars and astronomers predict something big is coming....

Tirana sacked! As Albanians flee northward, so does the army and the Macedonians are able to easily take the capital. With a city to call thier own, the Macedonians have set up thier own country and declared peace with Albania.

As Niigatans evacuate to Akita, a battle rages in the old Niigatan capital. Deserting the city of Kyotan troops, the Toyomans eagerly jump on the situation. Occupying the city, they become wary of the situation. But before they can prepare, they are surrounded by the Kyotans. Seeing the futility, they surrender. In Southern Toyoma, the Toyoman army doesnt bite as easily. Still, they are surrounded on two sides, and with thier army being halved after the Niigatan surrender, they were defeated. While most of the leaders got away, the head General was captured. More bad news for Toyoma, due to the finishing of the Grand Temple at Kyoto the morale of the troops and the people has doubled, and any counterattack will have almost no chance of working.

-Sicilian Port Town, Hannibalae-
-3400 BC-

Civil disorder had erupted as many people in Hannibalae felt betrayed by the peace declared with the Sicilians, who owned well more than half the island.

Hanno III, great grandson of the man who helped found the peaceful coexistence with the Sicilian peoples, was among those displeased. He thought his ancestors intelligent for milking the natives of Sicily of all they were worth, but now that the Sicilians were no longer useful...

They should be destroyed or at least forced to integrate into Carthaginian society. After all, Carthage was the TRUE civilized nation of the world!

-City on the Coast, Carthage-

Hannibal, supreme general of the Carthaginian Army, and Hamilcar, supreme admiral of the Carthaginian Navy, paced back and forth inside the war hut. Word kept coming back from Hannibalae that people supported an attack on the Sicilians! Violently so, as well.

"What do you think, Admiral?"

Hamilcar stopped and glanced at Hannibal. He said, "Our expansion efforts are supposed to start gearing towards the Libyans in the east. With the appearance of the Algiers, who are as advanced as we are, and the convertion of the Sicilians into a true society..." he trailed off.

Indeed, it was true, Carthaginian troops were preparing to wage a full-scale war against the Libyan people. A war with Sicily was NOT something they needed.

"I have an idea," spoke Hamilcar at last. The Carthaginian general nodded for him to speak it. "We MUST maintain peace with Sicilians until we can deal with the Libyans, but the people are complaining about the room on the island."

Hannibal nodded.

He continued, "I shall send canoes out to explore the far northern waters. There must be more islands than Sicily, and if anyone can find these islands, we Carthaginians are the ones who can do it!"

"Excellent idea. We shall relay this information to the people of Hannibalae, then? That we are resuming war on Libya and preparing to send sea-based expeditions to the northern waters?"

"Yes, Hannibal. We shall. It will quell them for now. Once Libya is dealt with, though, we must strike before they gain more power."

"One last thing. I would like to request the building of a certain construct..."

-Sicilian Port Town, Hannibalae-

The disorder ended as this information reached them. The Libyans could be defeated quickly by the mighty Carthaginian armies, and there were bound to be more islands somewhere in the ocean...

- - - - -

1) Send 100 more troops to support the 100 already stationed at the Libyan Defense Camps.

2) All troops are then to break camp and go on the warpath, destroying all Libyan resistors. Those who surrender or aid the Carthaginians armies are to be given citizenship into the growing empire. Those who don't will die.

3) Send ten canoes out to explore the Mediterranean to the north of Carthage. Any islands or mainland they encounter will be siezed immediately.

4) Use 150 soldiers to continue expansion to the west -- the goal is the take as much land as possible before the Algerians consume it!

5) Begin construction on the wonder "Grand Domestication Building" [++UU, +economy]

In the immortal words of Prince Arthras from Warcraft III, "Oh, at last!" BTW, in the update, you said that Malta sent an expedition to Malta where it started a city - Malta.

Do I have any casualities? Or did you forget/didn't have time to update the stats? And can I grow military like I always order to? If yes, then should I consider that I have the forces I ordered as well? And one more thing - how much turns should my wonder take? Forgot to ask...

IC:

The slaves were making no real progress on the fort, and time to time, Torag had to kill some of them to speed it up, but it did not help much.

"Damn! Work, work you unworthy fools!" - he yelled. He raised his famous hammer and all the slaves nearby scaredly sped up, working as fast as they could. Not enough. And Torag knew that warriors should not waste their time on this. Maybe some of these who converted but were not capable to fight well enough should be trained to make the slaves work faster. Workmasters of sort, like those who watch over the unrighteous, untrue warriors under the ground, making them build giant houses without end, and then raze them and build them again for eternity.

The barbarian tribes were mostly in the true fold, and those who still persisted in worship of demons will be easily crushed. Not the same with the Dutch, who were rumored not only to have great walls, but also large armies, though not as good as Tarun's faitful Britts have.

Now was the time, and Tarun's Golden Hordes will strike at the enemy to help the Britts, who shall start the battle.

Orders (EDIT):

- Continue wonder (2/?).
- Raise 50 more men and 50 more Champions.
- Send 50 men to defeat the remaining French barbarians, then expand south.
- Send 450 men, 115 Champions at the Dutch, just charge them and hope it scares them (hey, it's stone age, we didn't invent discipline/tactic/strategy yet!), capture all villages you find, convert the population that agrees, whoever disagrees - enslaved and sent to build Tarun's Fort.

Orders:
Work on Wonder
Increase Army

Expand North with 200 men

Before Shinju was the towering temple of Kyoto. A testament to the people of Japan it will stand tall for centuries. But it was not complete... there was something missing. The walls were bare stone. Nothing that would honor the spirits of fallen warriors and helpless civillians.

"Get me the greatest artisans in all the land." He ordered.

Withing days 5 artisans were standing before him. Young, with the pride of their nation in their eyes. They wanted to serve their country and they wanted to now.

"The temple is barren and empty. Record the events of times past in a grand scroll that is to sprawl all across the inner wall of the temple. On the outside I want you to carve out grand symbols of our greatness that honor our long gone ancestors."

"How will we do this sir?" The eldest asked.

"Invent a way to express our language in symbols."

Shinju was optimistic, this would be the greatest monument to his people yet.

"Tell all peaceful people of Japan that they are welcome to come to Kyoto in harmony. This temple is not only for our people, it is for all people to enjoy!"

The messenger was off to all peaceful villages.

Tsuyama's plan was a success and the Toyama faction was vanquished. The southern half of Japan would be under the rules of our allies. The northern, except for the Akitans, would be Kyotoan. Toyama was to be finished as well as its unable ally.

Orders :
Enlarge the samurai, with the temple built more young men wish to join their ranks.
Build a trade route with the Akitans if they agree.
Start on wonder "Times long past" the epic story of Japan's early beginnings to be recorded in the temple. (Increase Confidence, increase culture)
Finish off Toyama and give the southern half to allies.

Azale, two questions:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY WONDER TO BE BUILT, goddamnit?!

When's the update?

lol, check your stats, your wonder should be on it

and tomorrow (even with no more orders)
