I purchased the founders edition so I could play Civ7 on the 6th.
I notice on the Steam banner for Civ7 it says "Coming Feb 12, 2025".
Is that just a generic banner that everyone sees?

Steam doesn't have separate pages for the different editions, only one global page with all the editions listed so they show the official release date. If you read the description of the Founder's edition you'll see they very clearly indicate you get advanced access 5 days before official release.

I live in New Zealand so the 11th/12th discrepancy is probably just a timezone thing.
I was more curious about why it didn't show the earlier date for the Founders Edition but if it is just a generic banner that would explain that.
My steam page for the game in library still mentions the 11th, even if I pre-ordered founders a LONG time ago... Are you peeps who pre-ordered really seeing the 6th on your steam library page ?
