In some ways I am a stereotypical Southeast Asian of southern Chinese descent - emphasis on education, work smart AND work hard, capitalistic yet hedonistic, prefers order over chaos, politically apathetic, votes with my feet, doesn't take religion seriously but still maintains some remnant "just to be sure", and considers food to be even more important than sex.

And yet in other ways I'm not. I may be politically apathetic but it doesn't mean I'm not politically aware. I have much too open a mind for my own good. I am on lukewarm terms with all members of my extended family and clan. (No bad blood with anyone and I don't get caught up in their feuds, but no one especially close to me either.) I am also not agressive enough when it comes to making money, preferring to spend my weekends playing computer games (alone) instead of socializing and cultivating guanzi.

Even as a missionary I wasn't a standard Mormon. I gather that I am a little more liberal politically than most Mormons, and although my views on the church and our doctrine still fall within orthodoxy, they are also a little more liberal. In fact, most Mormons are more conservative than either me or MattBrown.

Well, I dress like a punk, hang out with punks, and listen to punk.
I've got a lot of stereotypical "punk/hardcore" views. Ie. Animal rights, veganism, anarchy, feminism, working class solidarity, etc.
I also used to have a mohawk at one point. Enjoy train hopping, and was homeless for a short period of time (voluntarily, so it's even more punk rock omigawd.)
But I don't think I get into trouble over stupid crap enough to be a real punk.

It's Easy click on user CP then Edit Avatar then either upload a picture (of the right size from your hard disk) or specify a URL you want it to be taken from. If your lazy just chose a custom one from the civ custom choices.

OP: Not even vaguely. I look like I got enlisted(crew cut) atm so I guess if you saw me you'd imagine I was in the forces. It's too hot to have long hair so I got a real short hair cut.
