Hail Divine Emperor!
Byzantine Story
Long Live the Byzantine Emperor, who dwells in Constantinople, the Empire was growing again. During his rule of 20 years, Byzantium was growing again. But now, it's ally Venice and Sicily was at war. Which side the Byzantine Empire will choose the Emperor alone will decide. The choices were very hard to make, but the Emperor knew how to make them, but then, some ppl thought, the government was very effective when they had a strong Emperor, but a weak one could bring everything down. But a too strong and arrogant Emperor could do the same thing, like Emperor Herclius, when he fought a dismal war with the Arabs.
But those things were from the past, the Emperor Alexander, was unrivaled, there was only 2 Emperors in the past that could rival him, Emperor Constantine, and Justinian. The days of Glory was approaching the peasant thought and it was just getting better.
The peasants didn't no, but the Emperor was soon going to reach 50, having rose to the throne at 16. He had heirs, many, but there was only 1 that could qualify... So to prevent any civil wars, he had decided to put the heir's name in a sealed box and given to his most trusted ministers. And soon, victory will either be back to the realms of Rome, or defeat once again...
Social Reforms

-lords have no rite to tax cities and towns, those r the rites of the Central Goverment
-all peasants now have rite to choose where they want to live and work
