@Gelion I don't Think Brokenhill's should be around anymore as even if you get a good ending for it, the town always dissappers into the wastelands once it exhausts it's Uranium Mine. After that Gecko should be having a hard time getting their Nuclear plant working since they bought most of their fuel from Brokenhill's.

Redding should be under either New Reno, Vault City or NCR. (From you map it look's to be under New Reno)

The rules look fine, 'cept that the map looks really empty with only California filled and everything else empty.

And where is Modoc on that map?

On that note I'd like to take the new and improved New Reno.

@Reno: From the map you can see that:
Modoc, Redding, Klaimat and Den joined new Arroyo mostly because of the reputation of the Chosen One. This upset New Reno, Vault City and especially NCR. With the Chosen One gone the balance of power can change.
Broken Hills will soon run out of Uranium. The game never said when it will happen. It will happen and soon, but not yet.

@Captain2: Sorry, I dont think the background of your faction really fits into Fallout Universe. I doubt that surviving humans would want to spend all their time figuring out which pre-war party shoul govern them. If you wish make a new background. Reading about Fallout before makig it helps....
