Hey, amen!

Denmark was made from a rebbellion by me. ;) It was hard to get the nation up on its feet, so it will be hard to continue and stablize its economy etc. Anyways, its a good challenge. If you need help, I woul be glad to help you, and even share the plans I had for Denmark just before I quit and joined Holland.

Its not that I can't download it... My comp doesn't seem to like it, and really messes up when I download some sort of chatting program.:sad:

Denmark is really small, eh... Well, I was thinking perhaps starting off the nation of Russia, but I'll wait till next turn.:)

There is Muscovy, wich is the huge red (right?) thing in the east of europe.

I belive you can... but it's kinda stupied to take them... Read last 6-7 updates and see why europe will hate you ;) as muscovy that is...
 
yep- and a BIG part of this game is acting in character of our nations- for instance, in the game I hold erezs' nation portugal, in contempt, but in real life, I find erez intersting to talk, if a little strange somtimes ;)

Nope. AOL's chatting thing only talks to AOL members. Is it SO critical to have a chatting software? I actually prefer PMs.:)

Well there is one BIG reason to get messager progrem.
The conversesion we now have is not allowed... cause it's spaming the NES thread...

Thats the big reason for messangers... so I sent you a PM, get some software to chat... but know all use aim (but AIM and ICQ work togehter if you got icq!)
 
right- IMing rather then Pming is while not manditory, alomst crucial to be able to speedilly talk to allies, and opponents alike, and a good way to make friends
 
Russia shall be isolationist early on, so I see no reason to speedily talk to allies as of yet. But as Russia enters the world stage, I'm sure that I may need to succumb to the ever-increasing demand for Messaging software.:)

Amenhotep, let me be the first to tell you that if you do join as Muscovy, God help you lol cuz ppl will not like Muscovy, at least not at first.

Not that easy. Remember, this is a story and a game. I am sorry if I sound rude (i can't think of a way to put it differently, so no offense intended at all ;)) but I won't let the story be so drasitcally changed by somebody. Muscovy was a huge part of the history, and they cannot be so quickly changed.

I recommend someone in the Middle East or North Africa. They are close to the action, though not in the middle of it; a good place for a newb.
 
Okay, then. I suppose I'll pick either Mongols OR that green nation in the Mid-east. I think I herd that that id Sumer and has already been taken.:sad:

So My first choice is Mongol Empire. Thankfully this is the Middle Ages, so technologically, Mongol Empire ain't that far behind.

no, hes not allowed to be the mongols, and that green nation IS sumer- rember- this is an alternate history of the world, and it is currentlyl the Middle ages

that said- my own advice sternlyl goes tothe yellow land in the middle east, Syria- they have been quite so far into the game from what I know, and would be a good choice regardless
