Watch your language! :p

How can you watch your language? Well, unless you have something which shows sound waves, which is not exactly something common to every household, its impossible.

And yes, an update would be nice.

Shut up Goober.

People,people...You all knew that this was going to happen before you joined...Or am I the only one that's noticed the trend he has in all his NESes?Fact being...You should have known what you were getting yourself into before you joined.

I knew it all along, ofcourse. But despite that, when Jason confirms that this is dead, I will personally struggle him.

stJNES9 – Changing Times

Update V: 2000 BC

Events

The Thracians continue to advance into the densely populated Greek lands, faking retreats only to draw the enemy army out. But more then military accomplishes, the Thracians have successfully built many internal obstacles for the Spartans in order to divert their forces. Numerous times, the Spartans had to recall full regiments in order to quell a rebellious city state which threatened to secede from the League. Fortunately for the Spartans, most of the major, populated city-states have remained loyal and devout to the cause. But, however devout the Spartans may be, they fail to compare in military capacity to the Thracians, who have brilliantly advanced into the northern regions, conquering much of the vast forests and mineral deposits that served as resources for the Spartan war machine. (-400 Spartan warriors, 350 Spartan horsemen, -1,200 Spartan infantry)

Meanwhile, on the coasts of the Adriatic Sea, a revolution occurs in the Entiran capital. As the King’s powers faded over time, a representative forum was established to govern the people. It was not long before the King became just a recognized symbol of the republic, and Entira has become the Mediterranean’s first Republic. This has been accepted well by all the people, and because of the speech delivered by the king, the monarchists remained loyal to the republic. For now.

Trade between Siamese and Sri Lankan merchants continues to flow even more prosperously then before. However, piracy is stepping up a notch between the two countries, and though it is small in rate now, it has the potential to grow into a large hazard. Also, the merchants and people of these two nations call for a mandate by the Kings to relinquish control of the economy, as it inhibits further expansion of trade.

The Sri Lankan empire continues to grow, and with it the spread of wealth to all the colonies. However, a sharp depression does take place early on, as loaners begin to refuse to issue loans due to the deficit the King made by building more naval fleets, but this was quickly evened out as the King ordered the banks to continue to issue loans. Because of the intricate bank workings, and the fusion of iron, the Sri Lankans have become the first to enter Antiquity, and has passed this on to Siam as well.

Zulu impi turn from their relentless struggle with the northern desert tribes to march south and conquer the fertile plains north of Xhosa. It is inevitable that the two armies would soon meet, and minor skirmishes take place as borders are hammered out. It is immediately apparent that the Zulu army is much more capable in warfare then even the most trained Xhosa regiment.

Trade booms around the Great Lake region as Hodinoshone merchants spearhead a great movement towards trade with the other nations such as Ohio. This new class of merchants has created several urban centers throughout the region, which gain considerable population unlike anywhere else in North America.

The Qin Dynasty becomes the third people to enter Antiquity, mostly due to the high investment into the education system, which is practically the most advanced in the world. Nearly ever village is equipped with a temple which supports cheap education. Nearly a quarter of all Chinese are educated at a basic level. Qin also established a small trading/exploration outpost down the Huang He, where it is under the threat of barbarians.

With the founding of a strong, stone fort at Havana, the Palenque begin massive settlement of the tropical island they call Kubaba, or Kuba for short. The island is full of natural resources which the Palenque lack in their homeland, and is greatly regarded as the second homeland of the Maya.

An alliance, signed by the two powers of Persia and Sumeria, decide that it is time for the threat of Medes to be removed. Calling up an army, that even combined is less then the number of Medes soldiers, the alliance strikes in a surprise attempt to dislodge the Medes empire. The attack came as a complete surprise, and the Median army was not mustered until the Persians and Sumerians had made considerable gain. As of yet, the three armies have yet to crash, but the Medians are determined to halt the aggressors.

The great fort at Toledo has become the destination of huge immigration, and has now expanded into a city, with the symbolic fort at the city’s center. Meanwhile, Iberia becomes more and more populated and conquered by the Altanteans, who find the continent has much more to offer them then the Atlantean homeland. The colony has already out populated the home islands, being nearly double the population.

The Mitanni agree to the deal offered by the Israelis, and dismantled their chariots and headed to Cyprus. However, what the Israelis did not anticipate was the fire the Mitanni set to the city, destroying it completely before the Israelis were able to get it under control. Now conquered, the Mitanni are taxed just as much as the Israeli citizens, which anger most Israelis because they were forced to pay for the war, and the Mitanni are not paying them back. Many have plotted a military coup that would dislodge the King.

The Mongol clans continue to war in their desolate northern lands of the steppe. The most notable events were the annexation the Kerand clan by Taisil after a surprise showing of their army. This includes the annexation of Karakorum by Taisil. But Taisil is subject to the Chin army. However, Megnin, a general who took his army and left Tujet tribe, went to raid the Chin army’s backlines. The Chin thus turned the army from Taisil, and destroyed the Megnin army along with the general.
Losses: 200 Mongol Archer Horsemen, 400 Chinese bowmen, 400 Chinese warriors

The Coast Salish begin to expand eastward with great vengeance, outpacing its northern and southern competitors using the river to act as highway for canoes. Meanwhile, a colony is also started in the north, past the Chinook lands. While it is not as tempting for settlers as the expansion eastwards, it still makes a great place for fishermen and traders.

The Yamato begin to attack the Ming from behind, but before they knew it they had the whole Ming army on top of them. After the Ming burned the home village of the General of the Army, the Yamato attacked in full force and drove the heathens from the Japanese islands. But, not being fully fulfilled, the general took his army and landed on the shores of the Ming, chasing after the army. Successful campaigns in Ming and a lucrative fishing business has led to the boom of the economy. (-1,000 Ming bowmen, -400 Yamato samurai).

Also, back in Keito, the Yamato finish a momentous canal that runs along the base of the mountains and collects the drainage after heavy winters and snows. This has also led to the boom of the economy.
