2/Freedom of political persuasion as long as it aint anti-Imperial or anti-Consitutional.
3/Freedom of the press
4/Freedom of association.

Futhermore all relgious clauses will be removed from the consitition and Relgion is not the standard anymore for citizenship.

@Jason, Egyptian Rivial is meant to be there, however without it no longer being the only allowed relgion many who just conformed will no longer follow it. Futhermore Akkadian Schools will teach the young that Egypt is not a friend and therefore Egyptian Rivial is not a normal relgion.

Armen, also known as the Third by his people, was tired. Ever since he had taken over for his terminally ill brother, Armen II, he has been traveling around Bulgaria spreading the word. First with the Revival, to change the down attitude of the down people, then with the grand road being built between Kiev and Bulgaria. He visited the new Simitar Warriors, who had been training for years to serve thier King.

But now he was tired, and he would sleep. Because as he slept, so did Bulgaria, and as he was alive, so was Bulgaria.
