Zagreb will become a member of the Jerusalem Defense Pact, this will guarantee it maintains its sovreignty, that Rome need not fear a new enemy, and that the Jerusalem Defense Pact nations will have a Slavic ally to help bring the Slavo-Germanic countries and Jerusalem countires closer together. Peace between Zagreb and Rome is possible, and the future looks bright. L'Shalom!
