American business has been eyeing the vast raw materials in Columbia. In exchange for allowing our business to operate freely in Colombia the USA will help modernize and industrialize your nation. We feel both nations can benefit from this agreement and in the end improve the living standards of all people in both our nations.

I beleive America is just trying for Territorial gain.To prove my point why not free Panama as thier own and Cuba as well?The Kingdom of Kalmya is after territory.We are also after justice i nthe world and the end of a evil reign of terror by Russia.
Those territories are part of the USA. They have all voted for admission as states. We hold an election for our conquered territories on whether they would rather have local autonomy or have statehood. Yes, the USA is spreading its influence, but what nation isn't? We are merely calling your hypocrites when you are attacking and burning Russian settlements. We find this barbaric and cruel. IF you wish to continue these attacks then we will consider you an enemy and take swift action.
Edit: PLus we are planning on creating an independent Eithopia and Sudan if Venice permits just to back up what we said earlier that we are not out just for territorial gains.

The USA has is not in conflict with any nation in Europe or siding with any nation in Europe. We are fighting a regional conflict in Africa against the Ottomans. We will not get involved further, but these attacks from nations pitted in this conflict troubles the USA. We will not advance further into Ottoman territory unless they recognize the independence of Sudan and Eithopia. We are just asking that other nations do not confuse our actions with taking any sides in this war.

b)The US maps of central Asia would be very out of date - they'd probably think the Kazaks would still be in charge!
c)The Kalmyks leadership have little concept of where America is, and care even less.

We invite foriegn observers to come and watch the election process. We understand many Africans may not be able to vote due to the isolation of some tribes. Only the Zanzibar economy center will be held by the USA.
