Is it just me, or is the Plank a clear reference to the black monolith in "2001 : a space Odyssey" ? I've got to admit the monkeys in front of it gave me the hint...

No thread bumping you know, (even for a thread this young if you don't have anything reasonable to say) and i did find more humor in this crazy thread of yours then in that site.
I need a life? That is coming from someone who launched an all-out StarFox flamewar on my guestbook that lasted over a year and forced me to find a new guestbook script so I could block ips. His only real complaint must be that my site isn't about Starfox since that's all he went on about even though that's obviously not the subject of my site! Somebody here needs to learn to let go. I thought he already had since he sent me an e-mail apologizing for the fiasco.
The site's a joke. Yes, the Plank rising from the ground thing is 2001 reference. I just thought it was funny. It's not supposed to make sense. No, you won't be seeing me here again. Some weirdo chose to link to this thread in my guestbook and I figured I'd put in my two cents about what the real issue is. I'm not going to defend myself or my site since I know that both it and I are insane. I don't need anyone pointing that out to me.
You can hate it all you want, really, because I know it's a stupid site. I just find it ironic that this Fox guy still isn't over it.

I find this plank worship just as plausible as any other kind of worship. Heck, at least this plank has shown itself for millions of people albeit on a cartoon show.

Edit: I was actually inspired by existing sites, namely The First Church of Simba which no longer seems to be around. However, you can find a link to one of its spinoff sites along with some other sites that are just as absurd as mine on this unusual churches blog. What can I say? Absurdity love company.

Look, I know that site was a joke. That guestbook thing Astrik speaks of was not caused by me. Here is how it happened: Me, and all my fellow Star Fox enthusiast guys just signed it saying we've been there, and we made fun of it because of course it was a joke. You told us enough, and we stopped. I returned later, and what do I see? Random people are insulting me. What would you do, huh? If someone was insulting you, and you already stopped? I just replied to them. Also, I linked to you thread, and made fun of it BECAUSE IT WAS A JOKE! Ok, I hope that was all straigtened out finally. Welcome to the forums, Astrik.
