In most classes I've been in, the instructor will say something like "there's no such thing as a stupid question". So later on, I'll say "I got a stupid question for ya", and he repeats himself, "There's no such thing as a stupid question". I answer "You haven't heard the question yet", and then proceed to ask a stupid question.
